Founded in 2014 by Matt Grbcic, MG Group Project Management has become a leading boutique project management consultancy firm across the South East Queensland and Northern NSW markets.
With experience across more than 165 successful projects, we provide client-side project management, development management, construction management, quantity surveying and strategic advisory services across residential, mixed-use, commercial, retail, medical, industrial, hospitality, not-for-profit, luxury residential, building rectification sectors and distressed assets.
Our role extends far beyond managing programmes and budgets. We bring clarity to complexity, organisation to the project, structure to team dynamics, align stakeholders, solutions-based mindset to the table, and create the framework that allows projects to move forward with confidence.
Changing a projects momentum and driving project outcomes starts with not taking a backward step in representing our clients’ commercial interests, holding all team members accountable for their area of expertise and deliverables.
