Hillwood is a boutique multi-residential development located on the hillside of Raffles Street in Mount Gravatt, designed to maximise the site’s natural topography while delivering high-quality apartment living. The development comprises 24 spacious two and three-bedroom residences, with an innovative design that incorporates an above-ground basement to optimise site yield and functionality.

Careful planning ensured the project balanced commercial outcomes with an efficient and practical built form.
