Hillwood, Raffles Street, Mount Gravatt

Designed on the side of a hill, this project compromised of 24 residential units that are mostly made up of two and three bedroom configurations. This project was designed to maximise the site yield and include an above ground basement. MG Group played a crucial role on this project in the final construction funding deal with Westpac.
