I’d get to the end of the month and find out that there had been a number of issues that were seamlessly resolved by MG Group. It was because of the processes that they have in place and their direct interaction with the builders that took the heat off of us. It was just clear that the values aligned with MG Group, doing something for a greater purpose other than monetary returns. MG Group gave us the surety and the comfort we needed. I wouldn’t ever do a development without MG Group.
